Fundamentals of Fragrance: Noir Tropicals
Friday, April 21st at 7:30 pm

Join us as we continue our series on the Fundamentals of Fragrance with a workshop on Noir Tropicals … a hands on-experience in perfumery, inspired by the dark tropical prints of our collection of lingerie and nightwear, designed by tattoo artist Esther Garcia of Butterfat studios.

The experience will begin with libations, as fragrance expert Tanja Buhler presents the fundamentals of fragarance. Next you will be guided you through an olfactory gallery of rare and selected tropical essences, culminating in the creation of your own signature scent. Each guest will also receive a silk eye mask from Department of Curiosities, which will be used to heighten the olfactory experience.

Tanja Buhler is a Fragrance Specialist at Merz Apothecary, and the creator/manufacturer of German Girl Beard Oil. Her experience includes distillation and extraction in a laboratory setting, fragrance formulation, and knowledge of raw materials and synthetic molecules.

Workshop $85.00
